Shipping policy

Delivery time

To guarantee fast delivery and to preserve the freshness of the food, our orders are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays (until noon) each week. For example, if you place an order on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. 


Depending on your geographical area, you will receive your order within 24 to 48 hours after it has been shipped. You will receive an order tracking number by email. Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we will take all measures to complete your order within these timeframes.

Shipping costs

Shipping and handling charges are based on the total amount of your invoice after deductions and before taxes.

    • FREE SHIPPING on all orders of 75$ and more.

 

  • FIXED RATE OF $14 for any order under $75, regardless of the delivery distance.

 

    Delivery everywhere in Quebec

    We deliver everywhere in Quebec only for the moment. The choice of carrier is determined according to your address in order to offer you the shortest possible delivery time.


    GREATER MONTREAL

    Tout cru! Atelier de fermentation uses Parcel Plus in the Greater Montreal area (Island of Montreal, South Shore and Laval), delimited by the following zones: Island of Montreal except Baie-d'Urfé, Senneville and Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue; South Shore limits: St. Lawrence River, Brossard, Saint-Hubert and Boucherville.


    REST OF QUEBEC

    Tout cru! Atelier de fermentation uses Dicom and Fedex for deliveries throughout Quebec, outside the Greater Montreal area. All orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from shipping days (Monday to Tuesday lunchtime).

    However, prompt delivery is not guaranteed in certain remote areas of Quebec where the carrier cannot guarantee delivery in 48 hours or less. You can always contact us if you wish to confirm the estimated delivery time before ordering (info@toutcrufermentation.com or 514-917-2940). It will be our pleasure to answer you.

    Order tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier based on the address provided at the time of payment that will allow you to track your order. It will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours after shipping.

    Delay, error or breakage in delivery

    You must notify us of any items damaged in transit within 24 hours of receipt. If the box is damaged in transit, the item received must be refused.
