Raw! In a nutshell...
In 2015, Pedro Perez founded Tout Cru! Fermentation Workshop, a company offering a range of tasty and high quality lacto-fermented products.
The team is committed to processing vegetables from local and organic farmers. Our production is therefore adapted to the seasons.
