Our producers

Our Quebec producers, those without whom this adventure would not be possible.
It is thanks to all these inspiring people that we have access to organic and/or local fruits and vegetables, spices and seaweed.
They constantly inspire us to surpass ourselves and develop new ideas.

East Lighthouse Kelp

Stéphane Albert, Farmer of the sea

On the wild coasts of the Haute-Gaspésie, in the middle of the East Lighthouse, a profusion of kelp adorns the coastline. The wild seaweed is hand-picked by Stéphane, in wet suit, in the cold waters of the St. Lawrence. This "peasant of the sea" practices selective cutting in the fields of wild seaweed clinging to the rocks.
