Made with the freshest cucumbers (the same ones we use for our famous dill pickles!) this kimchi is fermented for 24 to 48 hours. The result is a sweet and spicy kimchi that is unlike any other we've made to date. Great on a salad or spooned out, but beware, you might get hooked and ask us to make it all year round.

Ingredients : Cucumber*, Shallots, Sea salt, Gochugaru pepper, Sugar.
